Morgan P. Theodore is of counsel at John B. Ostrow, P.A.  She earned a Bachelors of Science in Management at the Freemen School of Business at Tulane University.  She then went on to graduate with honors from the University Of Miami School Of Law.  She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida.  Mrs. Theodore’s practice focuses on the areas of Intellectual Property, including Copyright infringement and Trademark Infringement, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Commercial Litigation. Mrs. Theodore also has experience in the areas of Immigration, Probate and Public Health Benefits from her fellowship at the University of Miami Center for Ethics and Public Service.
